BY RENEWING YOUR REGISTRATION or REGISTERING WITH ANY PREMIER AUCTION - BAY AUTO AUCTION, GREAT LAKES RV-MARINE-POWERSPORTS AUCTION, MONTPELIER AUTO AUCTION, EAST TENNESSEE AUTO AUCTION, WISCONSIN AUTO AUCTION OR WESTERN WISCONSIN AUTO AUCTION, YOU ARE CONSENTING TO AND GIVING ALL AUCTIONS YOUR PERMISSION TO CONTACT YOU AND PROVIDE INFORMATION TO YOU AT THE MAILING, E-MAIL ADDRESS(ES), TELEPHONE AND FAX NUMBER(S) PROVIDED BY YOU.

WARNINGS, CAUTIONS, AND NOTES

* Great Lakes Auction and Premier Auction Group are not responsible for typographical errors or omissions in the Pre-Sale Listing.
* It is the buyer's/transporter's responsibility when the unit leaves GLA to make sure they have the correct unit and have handed in their gate pass.

* The Condition Reports are for information only--use as a guide--they are not absolute.

* It is Buyer/Agent responsibility to check units thoroughly before Bidding. All items sold "as is, where is."

* Great Lakes Auction is not liable for any unit damages and missing items after sold; units must be removed within five days or storage fees may apply.
* Only items associated with the loan or dealer unit, both as applicable are being sold, in most cases.

* Winterization of units does not mean the unit is free from cold damage.
** It is meant to reduce the occurrence of further possible damage.
** A unit could have a froze and broke section, but if the connection to that area is froze we have no way of knowing when winterizing.

* Payment is expected day of sale, if not, you must make arrangements with GLA Finance Department. Two days after sale, late fees apply.
* Announcements on the Block on day of sale take precedence over printed or electronic material.

* Auctioneer "Sold" on the Block takes precedence over all other bidding, including electronic bidding.

* You (bidder) if on an "IF"/"Phone Call" call sale until the COB auction day unless both bidder and seller agree to extend.

* There is no buyer remorse (retail buyer term), this is a dealer only auction.

* Sometimes not all units listed may be in the auction, call for latest updates.
