*  The Condition Reports are for information only--use as a guide--they are not absolute.

*  It is Buyer responsibility to check units thoroughly before Bidding.

*  Great Lakes Auction is not liable for any unit damages and missing items after sold; units must be removed with five days or storage fees may apply.

*  Winterization of units does not mean the unit is free from cold damage.
    **  It is meant to reduce the occurrence of further possible damage.
    **  A unit could have a froze and broke section, but if the connection to that area is froze we have no way of knowing when winterizing.

*  Payment is expected day of sale, if not, you must make arrangements with GLA Finance Department.  After three days of sale late fees may apply.

*  Sometimes not all units listed may be in the auction.
